How much does it cost?
£12.00 Per Person for a 2.5 hour slot.
Please note that sessions run between 9:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 3:30pm
Arrival outside of these times will not mean that extra time is given.
Do I need to book?
Yes. We operate a pre booking system, this can be done either online or via telephone. Our booking system doesn’t show same day availability but we do all walk-ins. If you are unsure then feel free to give us a call via the telephone number shown
Refund Policy
At current we do not offer refunds however in extenuating circumstances we may be able to credit your booking to a different day within our opening dates of 2024.
Bad Weather:
In extreme weather conditions we may be forced to close the park. In which case a refund will be offered to all sliders for that particular day. (Please allow up to 72 hours for all refunds to be processed)
Safety Waiver & Rules
When making your booking you will be asked to complete the waiver included on our website. It is crucial that all sliders complete the waiver. If you are unable to complete the waiver online a hard copy can be completed on site. However if you would like to do this we ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your booking time slot.
Everyone wishing to ride Massive Slip and Slide must of completed the safety waiver prior to being able to ride the slide. If this has not been done you will not be able to take part and no refund will be given.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that their children understand and abide by the rules. Should any injurys occur it is vital that they are reported to a staff member immediately so that an accident report form can be completed.
We operate a zero tolerance policy to anyone who doesn’t abide by the park rules. Anyone found to be ignoring staff instruction or being rude or abusive to staff will be asked to leave the site immediately and no refund will be given.
