Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any activities at Massive Slip and Slide (EX10 0QQ). These terms and conditions govern your use of the slip and slide and constitute an agreement between you and the Massive Slip and Slide operators. By using the slip and slide you agree to the terms and conditions shown below.

1. Assumption of Risk:

The User understands and acknowledges that using the slip and slide involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions and injuries. The User voluntarily assumes all such risk and releases the Massive Slip and Slide operators from any liability from any harm or injury that may occur while using the slip and slide.

2. Age Restrictions:

Massive Slip and Slide is intended for use by individuals who are 5 years of age or older. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted to take part in any of the activities. Massive Slip and Slide operators reserve the right to deny access to anyone who they suspect does not meet the age requirements and no refund will be given.

3. Supervision and Safety:

The User agrees to use Massive Slip and Slide in a safe and responsible manner. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The User shall follow all safety instructions provided by Massive Slip and Slide operators and refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.

4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

The User is responsible for wearing appropriate attire while using Massive Slip and Slide. Footwear and Jewellery that may pose a safety risk or cause damage to the slip and slide itself are not permitted.

5. Pre-existing Health Conditions:

Massive Slip and Slide and its operators do not recommend that the slip and slide be used by anyone with any pre-existing health conditions that may be aggravated by the use of the slide itself.

6. Bad Weather/Site Closure

Massive Slip and Slide cannot be held accountable for site closure due to bad weather. In these circumstances if no suitable secondary date can be agreed upon no refund will be given.

7. Liability

Massive Slip and Slide and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the slip and slide, including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage or loss of personal belongings. This also applies to our on-site car parking.

8. Indemnity:

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Massive Slip and Slide operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses or legal fees arising from the User’s use of Massive Slip and Slide.

9. Modification and Termination:

Massive Slip and Slide operators reserve the right to terminate access to the slip and slide service at any time without prior notice.

10. Refunds:

Massive Slip and Side is not responsible for the provision of refunds and any refunds which are issued at the owner’s discretion.
